AERSURFACE README (dated 08009)                01/09/2008

This file describes the components included in this initial release of 
the AERSURFACE tool (dated 08009).  The AERSURFACE tool has been developed
to aid AERMOD users in obtaining realistic and reproducible surface 
characteristic values, including albedo, Bowen ratio, and surface
roughness length, for input to the AERMET meteorological processor.

The following lists the files associated with this release of AERSURFACE:

                              Compaq Visual Fortran, and G95 Fortran.
                              The executable provided was compiled using 
                              Intel Fortran, version 10.1.013.
